No Freeview coming up

Morning is there a problem with loading Freeview this morning when I push the red button it says not available. I am in Palmerston North using a Samsung UHD TV with a built in Freeview UA40KU6000S.
Any help be great

Hi Jo

Have you made sure your Internet connection is going into the TV? Check to see if the TV hasn't disconnected the connection to the internet to make FreeviewPlus work.
