Ever since the 1 May retune, I have had no event information and am unable to record.  I have a Dish TV 1050 box.  I have turned this off and retuned several times but no joy.  Would a factory reset work and if I try this, will I loose all the programmes that I've recorded but not viewed yet?  Can anyone help me?
