On Tuesday all our channels worked fine.
On Wednesday we had video on TV3 but no audio. All other channels were fine including TV3+1.
I tried Auto Scan to reset all channels without success. Also tried switching the Freeview box off which didn't solve the problem.
We have a Zinwell ZMT-630HD Terrestrial connected to a Sony Trinitron TV.
On Wednesday night I switched to box off - Thursday morning turned it on and TV3 is now fine.
Was it a problem with TV3 in our area (Paeroa)? Or was the box having a bad day?

If you have a repeat of any reception problems, check your current software version is 1.2.1 (Menu --> System --> Information)
If needed you can find software updates and instructions for updating Zinwell products here:

If you already have software version 1.2.1 then I suggest carrying out a full restore to factory defaults followed by a re-tune. (Menu --> System --> Set Defaults)
Powering off or an Auto Scan, without a restore to defaults is unlikely to fix reception problems.
