New Sony TV fails to find CH 16 Al Jazeera

Just purchased a new Sony TV from JB HIFI

It fails to find Al Jazeera after tuning or a cold tune but seems to find every other channel.

I have got Aljazeera on a Samsung on the same Antenna

JB HIFI sent me to Sony customer support who in turn told me to go to freeviewnz.tv
