I Have a Homecast 9200dtr MyFreeview HD recorder with the latest firmware loaded

Since the latest new Channel started when I change channels it go to right channel then will with out any warning jump to the latest new channel (ch36), is anyone else with a Homecast recorder having the same problem?

Also in order to find the new channel I had to do a rescan the channel did not appear automatically

at on stage I found I had the new channel repeating ( several instances of the channel) I had to do a factory reset to fix

I would be interested to hear if any one else has had problems with their Homecast receiver

I need some help with my Homecast 9200dtr recorder, I have just had to do a factory reset to fix a problem with recording of programs. My problems is I have been going through the epg selecting programs to record when my receive jumps out of the epg and goes to the new indian channel without warning, what should I do. I have the latest firmware I have only been having trouble since the new channel started (ch36)

Hi Kevin, so did you do a factory reset to fix the problem?

no it hasn't every now and then it jumps to the new channel on the new mux without warning

resetting only fixed the problem I had with not being able to record
