Missing Channels

Even though we have got Al Jazeera back today 11-08-15, these other channels, Around-China channel 29,and Apna channel 36, have not retuned. As they used to be part of  our Free-View, viewing.

Also, can someone tell me about TVNZ Pop-Up. This channel is not visible.

go to aljazeera ch then into menu/installation and look for something along the lines of rescan or manual tune then re-tune/scan and all should be ok

The TVNZ pop up channel was only on air for the tennis a few weeks back and now has been taken off air
