Missing Channels

We seem to be missing several Freeview|HD channels. We receive only TV channels 1 - 12, 18, 26 and 29. We do not receive any radio channels at all. We live in Featherston, South Wairarapa, with good LoS to the Popoiti transmitter. Our Samsung LCD LED TV (UA40D6600WMXRD) has an onboard Freeview receiver. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I should add that we can't get these missing channels on our second TV with a Freeview set top box either. This would indicate that the problem is not hardware related at our end.
