Missing channel TV1Plus1 on EPG

Recently I lost TVOne Plus 1 from my Electronic Programme Guide on a TEAC LEDV1605DT Television. Scrolling through the programmes that channel's program guide is skipped. I can access the channel pushing the channel number, or scrolling from a nearby channel. When on TV1 Plus 1 the EPG for that channel will show. A TV tech replacing my aerial suggested I download a software upgrade. There is no upgrade at Direct Imports (and they don't know of a problem). LV Martin are not much help either. I have done a factory reset and full rescan of channels.

Hey BJ

I am a little confused, so the Freeview 8 Day Programme Guide doesn't show TV One Plus 1? The Freeview EPG should never loose the channel details as the technology that runs the EPG will show all channel shows and schedules regardless weather you have one group of channels or not.

TEAC is an approved brand however I think you might be losing data from TEAC's own EPG?

It is definitely the Freeview EPG that skips TV One Plus 1. It used to work fine, and still lurks there. It also still works fine on a TEAC set-top box on another TV off the same aerial. There is no TEAC EPG on the TEAC LEDV1605DT Television.
