Press yes and enter standby

I can't get rid of this message or change the channel

Any ideas please?

Good Morning Janet 

You will need to Retune your T1000 Reciever in order to resolve the message that appears on your screen.


Please do the following:

  1. Press MENU on your remote control to display the Main Menu screen on your television.
  2. Select Installation.
  3. Select Auto Search
  4. Select Yes to start the auto search
  5. Once scanning is finished your television channel frequencies will have been returned. Press EXIT to leave the onscreen menu. 

The default password is 0000. 

Please let us know if this helps in removing the message, if the message still pops up then we can troubleshoot further.

Hi

I can't get the menu to come up. cn get the arrows to change from yes to no on the message on the TV screen so I know the remote is working
