We have followed on discussions from the Geekzone thread to the Freeview Forum to update all customers who are affected my Magic TV issues over the past year.
The current situation is:
Over the past 2 months we have been in contact with a small group of Magic TV users who took part in a 1-2 month trial in new beta firmware to find out if we can replicate the fault, we are taking in feedback from these users which will become useful for future development.
In December we are now testing one user for another method and seeing whether we can provide a solution not via a firmware release but through some changes in the setup of the Freeview Equipment,
