Lost UHF signal from Fitzherbert

Hi, I live in Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt and usually get great UHF reception from my aerial pointed at Fitzherbert to the North. But yesterday (in light rain) I lost everything, retuning did not work, tried rabbit ears aerial without success. It came back to normal some hours later. I have lost the signal before but not for so long. Does this sound weather-related? My aerial and connections seem fine.

Hey Chris

Nope nothing wrong on your end ,

Yesterday there was a power outage that affected the transmitter and this has been restored this morning, if you are still having issues with Freeview Reception, I suggest you turn off the unit, wait 20 seconds and then retune it.
