Hi Phillip

Try setting the date and time if you have software version 6C or higher  (date time needs resetting after to a restore to defaults or if there has been a power cut)

If you have software v6B or lower turn Summer Time On (setting is retained during power cuts)

Thanks Graham for the reply,unfortunately this idea did not fix the problem,but thanks anyway.

P.S.  EPG is only available when viewing the regular Freeview channels.  It is not available while you are viewing C4, Prime or Trackside

Yes I know,but does not work on any channels.

i have the same problem having lost my epg I am running a SRT4300 i have only lost this on channel 6
