Can you still get Duke? If not you have lost all of the TVNZ transponder ,could be dish alignment ,LNB drift etc. What are the quality levels like on the channels you do get ?

Hi John, you're right, I don't have Duke either. I only had Dish put up 2 months ago. Do I need the same people to come back or can I fix this myself .

Probably, although it may help if you reboot the box and do a re-scan ,but more than likely it’s somewhere on the dish

Also missing same channels or just sound or sound and badly pixelated screen. Ours is UHF aerial setup. Something amiss with Waikanae again.

Retuned to double check but no improvement.

Resolved. Cable issue between set top boxes
