We have 3 TV's and today we discover that we cannot call up the EPG function on any of them. Each has a separate box, two of them having the '2nd channel' recording capability.

I have tried going back to factory settings and at one stage it did advise that it was loading -only to get the response: "Recall not available". Since that time it doesn't appear to even want to attempt to load.  Only noticed the problem today.
