First time on the forum so apologies for any blunders.  I have two Freeview approved tuners - a near new Panasonic DMR HWT260 in one room and an older Transonic TC2884 STB in another.  Up until yesterday evening, both were tuned to receive Prime on channel 10 with no other problems currently with reception or otherwise.  We have a near new UHF aerial positioned by a professional to receive the clearest signal from nearby Mount Parahaki.  Last night the Prime channel went dark with no signal. Re-tuned both units with no Prime found on any channel.  Did the recommended 'cold start' and 'factory reset' for both units but still no Prime.  I did read some entries that said that some channels have, in the past, 'disappeared' only to return on their own accord.  Is there a problem I should be aware of in Whangarei? or is it something else?  Would appreciate any help available.

Louise.

UPDATE - just did a re-tune again, and Prime has popped up in its usual spot on Channel 10 - so all is right in our TV world again.  At least it proves it wasn't our hardware that was causing the problem.

Cheers
