Losing all TVNZ channels intermittently via Satellite Freeview

Like it says on the tin, I am losing all 4 TVNZ channels for no apparent reason (no rain or other conditions) and these are the only channels I ever lose (except in very heavy rain).
When I find I've lost TV1, flicking to 1+1, TV2, 2+1 gives me exactly the same problem.

How to fix?

as you flick through the channels ,push whatever key you need to [probably info] to get a signal reading

note the reading especially between tv 1, tv 3, prime, the edge

if a marked variation may mean a lnb swap and if all are below about 70 getting someone to realighn your dish will probably fix it
