I've just reported the following to Freeview support:

On all our TV devices except our Sharp TV have a lip sync problem on all Discovery channels (Three, Three+1 Rush, Bravo etc muxed onto UHF channel 32).  The Sharp TV has sound without a pictures (black screen) on Discovery channels.  The sharp TV is able to bring up the Freeview guide.
We are located in Dunedin and receive a terrestrial signal from Mount Cargill.  No other channels are affected.

I did try a re-scan on the Sharp TV with no effect.  I remember a similar problem occurred maybe 1 year ago??  Anyone else having similar issues?
