Library T2200

I am trying to open the Library on my Dish TV T2200 using the remote, all I get is a message on screen stating " Information Media initializing in progress" The library function is not working.  Can you help?

This could indicate that the hard drive is faulty or needs to be replaced, To do this you will need to complete a RA (Return) via DISH TV as they handle the warranty and faults of this product.
