On Sunday September 1st 2013 at 7am TVNZ made changes to the EPG allocation on both TV One plus 1 and TV2+1.

Your Freeview Receiver should have auto arranged the layout of the channels by adding TV One Plus on Freeview 6 and TV2+1 on Freeview 7.

There is a high volume of viewers having a few issues in terms with the channels and below are a few quick tips and solutions on how to fix the issue you may be experiencing

Retune
You will need to re-tune your device/TV to refresh the Freeview EPG slots, To do this you       may need to follow your on screen help guides, or Manuel, Or visit this page to get the information based on your device brand

Factory Reset
Using the onscreen Menu, try and reset your device and start a scan again. This may help auto configure the frequencies and allocations to get the right channels on the right slots.

Auto Updates are only available via MHEG 5 on Freeview Approved devices, If you have a 3rd party device you will need to contact your supplier or look in the provided manual.

To see if you have an approved device, look for the Freeview Logo on the unit or Product box which it came with, alternatively if you push Guide or EPG the 8 Day EPG with the Freeview logo should appear.
