We have the above Free view Box and are unable to record for some reason.

We are able to set programs in as a Series Link but on the Record List - it stays blank ie no start or end time and no program name as before.

Any ideas most appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the device? a reset may clear any issues with the guide and starts the device as fresh, alternatively you can switch the unit off and on and try again.

Hi Josh

Thanks for replying earlier.  Have been away hence delay.

I reset the Homecast to Factory Settings and seems to be all ok except that some programs will not allow me to set 'Record' and are showing an error reading "Code-2 error' - Any ideas re this?
