HELP!

Help please, I think my Dish TV box might be dying.

When we change the channel it's started coming up No Signal.  Have to turn off/on to get it to work again.

It now appears that turning it off and on isn't going to work.  It's coming up with a message on scree saying Hardware Error: EEP1!

Any advice greatly appreciated :)

Hi Donna 

Try a factory reset on your unit, a factory reset will wipe all memory and will refresh the unit. Please be aware that doing this will loose your recorded or booked programmes. 

Refer to your manual on how to complete a factory reset or contact us for further assistance
