Just lately we have received a lot on enquiries in regards to the online Freeview TV Guide which can be found via www.freeviewnz.tv/tv-guide.

Scrolling issues, or if the data is not allowing you to see properly is one of the main known issues involved. This is not caused on our end. After running multiple tests on each browser the technical glitches are caused on your end of the story.

Solutions:

-You need to keep updating your browser so it is fully up to date, and sometimes these updates are not auto downloaded so please check online or via your browsers About tab on what version you are running and compare it to the online release versions.

-Old browsers such as Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8 may have more issues than that of IE 9 or 10 and soon 11, because of the added website support that is rapidly changing how websites are coded on.

-Try a different browser if you are having issues, this may be the cause and here is a list of browsers that are available free to use on the platform you are using.

- Your PC may need updating, Microsoft and Apple release important updates including internet one that are essential to improving the performance of your computer.

Updating may be either a patch update or either an O.S. Update which you need to upgrade your current O.S. such as the fading Windows XP range.
