Hi Igloo box users! 

SKY  sent out a firmware update to all igloo boxes still connected to allow customers to watch Freeview Channels at no cost. The IGLOO box is not an approved Freeview unit and we will not be able to provide support should something go wrong with the device. 

We also not certain what the latest firmware update will do in terms of any future changes to the Freeview Platform.
