freeview volume display stays on TV

Hi there have a Sony smart HD TV and recently the freeview volume display continues to show, power off / on the the freeview box temporary removes this but the it appears, any ideas?

Hi Brent,
A factory reset may help remove this issue, look in your Manual on how to do this, a reset allows the settings to be set to default and clears anything that may have been set.
