Freeview Streaming Freezing/Buffering Wellington area

Over the past couple of days, Freeview streams (particularly TVNZ) appear to be hanging at frequent intervals and picture quality seems poor. Other Freeview channels are fine.  Is there some problem with TVNZ infrastructure?
