Freeview Plus on demand apps only working intermittantly

Hi,

I recently bought an LG 49LH570T TV with inbuilt freeview plus. I have connected by cable to the internet as I was having some wireless issues with on demand apps.

Now I find that On Demand apps only works intermittantly - sometimes I press the button for on demand (or the on demand apps popout box comes up as it should & I'm able to access it), other times the popout box does not come out at all & no matter how many times I press the button, on demand apps does not start. Then randomly after half an hour or an hour it might start working again.

Any thoughts about how I get get this to work consistantly? It's very frustrating.

Hi Josh,

I logged this months ago and haven't had any resolution. How can I find a resolution to this issue? I am only able to activate On demand apps about 10% of the time now. It's very frustrating.
