Anyone having problems with programs not starting. All I get is the channel logo sit there and do nothing. I've reset my modem a few times and reset the set-top box with no luck.

Got a reply back from Freeview. and their response

'We can confirm that this does appear to be an issue with some Dish TV boxes and some Samsung TV models and our technical team is currently investigating and working on a resolution. We can only apologize for the inconvenience and will hopefully have this resolved soon.

Hi Team, 

I am updating to let you know that a hotfix has been put in to correct the TVNZ Ondemand issue you have been experiencing on DISH TV boxes. May I suggest restarting your units and trying now,

As of 10 mins ago mine is still not working, I'm having the same problem as everyone else, it gets as far as loading the programme then it just sits there with the channel logo showing and nothing happens. I've tried various different shows on Bravo and other channels, nothing!

I've rebooted Wifi, modem, freeview and even rescanned, still nothing!

I have an Aerial Box T2100 with a non-smart Transonic TV, it was all working okay when I last watched 'on demand' last week.

I have an outside aerial and am in New Lynn, Auckland.

Do hope it can be resolved soon.......Dawn

PS My daughter was having the same problem over last weekend and she lives over the Shore.

I've just tried again and this time I left it sitting there with the Bravo name on the screen while I made dinner, after TWELVE mins the programme started okay, after it had finished I tried to load in the next episode and obviously I have to wait another 12 minutes for it to start!!

Not ideal but better than nothing I guess.

Is it a coincidence that this problem has occurred at the same time that the TVNZ on demand site will no longer work unless ad blockers are removed?

I would also like to add I am having the same problem. I had to join this forum just to mention it somewhere. 

The hotfix did not fix mine.   Same problem even after I did a factory reset of my Aerialbox  T2100

It's also affecting programs on threenow
