Freeview On Demand keeps Re-booting itself

T2100 Set top box. Anything I try to watch on both Freeview channels and On Demand, the programmes seem to stop and the Freeview turns itself off and then back on again. Happens numerous times during the day and night, extremely frustrating!!! Please help???

Are you able to post some more details e.g. what button / how you try to access TVNZ OnDemand? in that link
