We changed our network password and now Freeview will not initiate on our TV via VU TV.

Netflix and Youtube are still working perfectly. However, Freeview is just a blank screen.

Rebooting TV and Vu TV makes no difference.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

That doesn’t sound too good, have you tried to see if there is an update waiting on the Google Play Store, another way is to do a full factory reset of the smartVU but this will wipe any content and settings you have (logins).

Alternatively you can contact DISH TV who will be able to see what the issue could be related to and provide a solution there.
