Hi there, I am hoping someone can help me here. All my Freeview channels are scrambled (nothing is in the right order) and they are all stored in the 800s? Is anyone else having this problem? How can you fix it?

Hi Aimee,

Complete a factory reset on the unit and retune, you should be able to get all channels back in their correct order.
