I have a Samsung series 6 tv, less than 12 months old. I've spoken with Samsung and there nothing wrong with its set up etc
Ever since the maintenance outage last week we no longer have access to the freeveiw plus on demand hub aka no tvnz on demand, no three and no moarintv on demand

I posted a message on Facebook and had no response so hoping posting on here will get me some answers

Hi Anouska

Your Internet settings will need to be re-configured as the software might have disconnected you to the WiFi router (if you are connected via WiFi)

If you head back and enter in your modem settings (i.e. password) and see if the FreeviewPlus interface loads up? As the Ondemand and FreeviewPlus applications rely on the Internet to deliver the service.

If you need further assistance, please do let me know :)

Regards, Josh

Hi
Thanks for the reply
Internet connect is fine, I can search the web, use YouTube and go on Netflix and light box

We even tried mutilple times to factory reset the tv and still nothing (even via the red and green button shortcuts)

Hi Anouska

Can you please do the following, (This double checks if the setting required to turn on HbbTV)

1. Press Menu on your remote
2. Head to System
3. Head to data service and then there will be an option to enable HbbTV
4. Go back to Live TV and you should be able to see the pop up banner on the top left of the screen on a Freeview Channel

Please let me know if this helps, if not there might be one more option try out before you will need to contact Samsung support/

Regards, Josh
