Starview ST2020

Does anyone else have a starview ST2020 box for their free view? Its a brand used by sky TV and free view though the device name and model isn't listed on the website with instructions to make the prime and edge TV frequency switch over

Hi Guys, 

This is an unapproved product and you will need to contact the reseller or manufacturer on how to tune in TV3, or follow Paul's advise above.
