Magic TV 3700 Error -2 when trying to programme (SOLVED)

hi,i have a magic tv 3700 and haven't been able to program any recordings for the last week or so,always comes up with a code 2 error.arial was installed approx. 2 months ago by a professional installer.any help thanks
