Hi All.

I am using EyeTV on a Mac computer and since a few days ago the  DVB programme guide is not updating any information from Media Works (aka TV3 and TV 4).  All other channels are working correctly.

It has nothing to do with signal strength or tuner as I am getting 100% signal  stength and quality and the issue is present with both of my tuners.

I have contacted Media Works about this but have yet to receive a reply.

Any clues?

Cheers

I have a similar issue, I cannot see the programme schedule of Choice TV and TVNZ 6 (satellite Strong SRT 4300e). Any ideas?

Retune your unit Gabriella, it looks like your unit hasn't been retuned for a wee while now, as there were some guide data that was updated a few years back.

David,

As with Eye TV,  I am unsure on the issue as this product is not approved from Freeview, and I am unsure if Mediaworks will be able to help provide some support. however other users who have this device might have an Eye TV and in the past might of had similar issues, it might be best to search Eye TV I the search bar on the top right to see if there were any past posts about it.

Cheers

Problem solved:

Note on the Freeview netwrok status page

"INFO BANNER restored on TV3, FOUR, 3 plus 1, FOUR plus 1, THE EDGE TV, TVSN.  The cause was a transmission provider firewall issue, resolved with a network-side system reboot"

I detected a similar problem in wellington on Sunday. Channel 32 stations(TV3, TV4, plus ones and  EDGE Tv etc)  info incorrect or missing. Other channels stations seem unaffected.

It was still a problem  last night, but the date on the notice on the Network status page indicating a fix is  yesterday morning?? Will test when i get home.

Thanks for the info. How do I go about that? I have successfully added a transponder for Prime earlier, but can find no info about retuning. The manual is not very helpful.

Confirm - problem solved

Suggest that you delete both and do a rescan, TVNZ 6 is LONG gone

Thanks, that helped!
