DSE-7500 freeview box - Prime TV

Have just discovered that we can't watch Prime TV anymore & missed out on the All Blacks game tonight. It is suggested we go to this forum, & have discovered that our DSE-7500 does not see to be an approved top box.  How do we go about being able to tune in the new Prime TV channel?

If you still have problems go to the 3rd paragraph and click these instructions and it will give you step by step instructions which are easy to follow . Also the DSE 7500 + Zinwell 7500 are approved products but have been off the market for some years now
