Have not been able to access streaming TV since Tuesday evening, Unfortunately I responded when the screen told me there was an update and although I have uninstalled the update I cannot go back to the original file. I have been told it is a widespread problem by the call centre. If you get a message about an update for the Freeview app, do not update. Freeview do not have a timeline for a fix.

PS: I have a smart vu dongle. There was no network status alert when I started dealing with this problem but there is now.
