Help Please

My Dishtv S7090pvr is not working properly. We were watching a program when it froze and the message 'Media not Alive' & 'HDD not connected' came on the screen. It is also showing that there is no Free Space for recording  (stating 83% reserved). Plus I can't access my Library of recordings. I hadn't touched any of the cables prior to this message.

Any suggestions would be great.

I have reloaded the software update with my USB and that all seemed to work ok but it made no difference to my problem.

Could you please factory reset your unit, let me know if this corrects the issue if the hard drive is still having issues then you may get this unit returned back to the retailer you purchased this from (If under warranty)

I turned it back on tonight and it is thankfully all working once more with no problems. Must have reset itself - magic.
