I bought a Dish TV technologies  Smart TVU from the Warehouse to help my aging Sony TV into the modern age. Chrome cast Netflix and more are now successfully at my finger tips. What a great gadget.

Sadly however, whilst free view has worked well for 7 days. Yes I know I need to respond to the registration form which will be emailed to me. However, despite clicking resend many times the email never arrives and after 7 days FreeView is no more

My wife tried to create an account and we have had Free view again  for 4 days but she has not got the registration form email either.

I suspect it is because our email addresses end with " .org" 

Can anyone think of a way to confirm my theory or to get round the issue? we lose freeview in 3 days and have run out of email addresses in our house.

We can not reuse our email addresses as it says the address  are in use. We cant follow the lost password route because it says our email address with the .org ending is invalid. We have tried the help desk who have not had any suggestions.
