Dish TV S7090PVR

I have just bought the above satellite free view recorder but I don't seem to be able to get Prime on it. Can anyone please tell me how to get it? I have tried doing a factory reset but still Prime is not there.  Sorry I am not very on to it with all this modern technology.  Thanks
