Just to reiterate over the Shine TV change, the broadcaster has relaunched their branding nationwide so these changes on Shine does not affect the operations of your Receiver.
We are very happy to have a look at the unit and compile testing to determine the issue, (It looks like this is something we cant troubleshoot via the forum).
If your product is under warranty and you have a original receipt we can service the unit at no extra charge.
If you have lost the receipt or your product is not under warranty we can have a look and provide a quote at no extra charge and if you wish not to complete the service then we can send it back to you.

hi just thought id give you an update on my booked recordings list when the list dissapears i have the lower powe mode on and over the air update off i have now had the over the air update on for approx 2 and a half weeks and have not had any problems with record bookings since seems like this has solved the prob
