Dish TV S708: Lower Power Mode ON - Booking List clears in Standby Mode [SOLVED]

i recently purchased a s7080 and have noticed when low power mode is on my booked programes to record disapear from booking list when i turn low power mode off they dont strange because i have a s7090 and t1050 and have never had this issue

We have sent this through to the technical support desk who are currently away from the office and will come back with an answer next week

thought id mention they dont disapear straight away sometimes it happens in a day or two like turn it off today with low power mode on then next day or day after bookings gone
have also noticed with programmes ive recorded when playing sometimes they freeze and the only way i can get going again is to switch off the power on back of unit
Have you made sure you have the latest software version installed on your unit? Usually this helps the issues with freezing.

i have the latest firmware installed from dish tv download section on website which is
v1.08
booked programmes disapearing is annoying i booked 3 movies to record lastnight for next friday saturday and sunday turned reciever on today and checked they have gone

the only time booking list disapears is when lower power mode is on if i turn it off its fine but i prefer to have on as i do with all my dish tv recorders i have t1050 and s7090 and this is not an issue

Please Factory Default your unit and try again, our team has had a look into this and they have not noticed this issue. 

A Factory reset may solve the problem, if the issue still persists please contact us via the phone number above,

on monday 16th i did a factory reset and retune etc...
then i booked two movies to record one for this friday and saturday they are what womem want and beetlejuice then just watched tv as normal before going to sleep turned reciever off low power mode is on in setting
on tuesday 17th in afternoon turned on reciever and checked movies i booked and once again they have gone i was thinking maybe its something to do with when the epg is updated or something changes as noticed shine tv logo has changed its very frustrating because i cant trust it to record programes that i book and dont even feel like using it when its like this

If you still have the product under warranty, I suggest that you send the unit in for inspection (Ill email the tech team to let them know on the situation,) This will include the unit, proof of purchase (Receipt) and contact details including return address.

its not just me having these issues i know of two other people that own this type of reciever that are having same problems
