Hi there I have a Freeview box S7070 and it has worked with my old Phillips for over 18mths using a Sky Sattelite dish. This morning I didn't have TVNZ and this afternoon I have no channels at all. I attempted to reset but have ended up with a message that say Database Empty.

DishTV have advised that the LNB may have moved and have recommended a new dish be installed. It has been an overcast day here in Hawkes Bay - any ideas from you guru's out there?

Hi Fiona

I have the same receiver but the case is that over time the Satellite Dish would have been aligned out of sight of the Satellite which has caused you to loose TVNZ channels, however it may be your LNB that needs to be rotated, Have a look at this post and see if your LNB shows the same direction: http://freeviewforum.co.nz/forum/topics/freeview-satellite-adjustin...

You might have a LNB that has an old SKY model such as the one below:

If the LNB looks similar then you will need to replace it
