I just want to post a reminder and guide on how to contact our team if you are having issues with your reception. I have written some useful tricks on how you can do this. 

1. Find any relevant issues on this forum, If you are using a mobile you can click the red FORUM button on the home page, there you can see the latest updates from other forum users, you may spot something similar in your area, region or device. 

2. Check Network Status- Our teams range from broadcasters, engineers to developers who update information which has been reported in.  This is where you can see any issues affecting services or any updates from the team. This page is updated every day and should be the first port of call if an issue you have has been noted. 

3. If you are having issues with reception, then check out our RESOURCES page where we have complied some useful information that can help resolve your issue. 

4. If your issue is related to FREEVIEW ON DEMAND then you can contact the team directly by logging a fault, every log is read and tested at our labs, we will contact you if we need further information or if we are unable to replicate the issue.
