Hi Peter,

Do you have Satellite or Terrestrial freeview? What brand/model is your box and have you tried a retune?

Hi Mike,

We are on Satellite freeview with the DishTV S7070r receiver. I haven't attempted a retune yet, I'll give that a go.

I had the same thing with my S7070r receiver. A blind scan made it appear on CH9 like it should. Try a blind scan.
