looks one of the transponders is missing - try factory resetting or adding transponder 12519 sr 22500 h

Hi Josh, I haven't been able to get them back. I didn't find the instructions above very helpful and I didn't want to make the problem worse, especially because we has so many issues with the box when we first brought it. We don't seem to have nearly as many issues with the tv that has freeview built in.
