Black Screen - Freeview HD

Hello,

I tried to search here for some solution but didn't find.

I have a Hyundai Q401 TV that seems to have the HD receiver capability but when I've installed the indoor antenna and serch for the channel, it does find the channels and their programs but I got just a black screen and no sound.

I'm attaching the screen showing the signal strength and quality. How can I solve it?

something interesting the freq 538 MHz channel 29 does it match to your local transmitter site? these TV's were also sold in Australia.. Try and factory reset the tv and see if it has a New Zealand or Australia country setting.

The date on the TV however is OCT 2006, Wikipedia says Freeview NZ didn't start until May 2007. Likely that it may work only on MPG2 services (Australia)

Tv's are cheap these days probably better to buy a new one.
