Audio Lag

What do people suggest could be a solution to the audio lagging behind the picture with our SatBox S8200?

This has been happening for the last 3 days when playing back recorded TV and watching live TV. Sometimes it catches up, and then not long after lags behind again.

What's going on ?? I would love some help here, because this is really destroying TV enjoyment ...
