Hi Gary

The issue might be related to the enviromenal impacts cause either between the aerial line of sight to the transmitter, the aerial itself, or the connections between the aerial and the TV/Freeview Reciever.

Check to see if there has been any construction work, vegeTation growth that may impact the reception, usually an adjustment to the aerial will correct this.

Your aerial might not be tightend enough to sustain strong weather. Makes sure it is not loose.

Cables and connectors could also lead to bad reception however this should be the last thing to check, ensure these are fitted properly and that the cable has no dents, scratches, exposed copper wire.

If these do not help with the reception then I suggest contacting your local installer again and get him to check this out.

i hope you find this information useful, let me know if you need further assistance,

Kind Regards
Joshua
