Watch failure

Dish TV A2 Recorder box.
Had 3 programs ready to watch. Selected 1st one, but click on Watch and nothing happens - will not play. No problem with other 2 recorded programs - able to watch / play. Tried turning off box and TV at wall, but still no joy. Any suggestions why problem? [And solution?]
