"Thanks for your help; in the meantime I brought the device to the place where we bought it and they were able to reset the receiver and it's now working again."

"Have you tried switching the unit off from the wall and leaving it for 20-30 secs.  If the issue still persists, you will need to contact DISH TV for further support here\ Josh"

Hi thereI'm having problems with our Dish TV S8300 for a few days. I am unable to watch any content from the library (or delete anything) and can not pause to record. Please check the media connection or reboot the receiver or format the storage media."I have tried every reset option possible, even tried a factory reset, all without success....
